Yogesh is a Director in Capstone Headwaters’ Boston office and brings investment banking experience across mergers & acquisitions, financial advisory, and capital raising for private and public companies. Prior to joining Capstone, Yogesh was a Senior Vice President at Jefferies focused on transactions in the Automotive Aftermarket industry including for automotive parts manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, retailers, and service providers. Prior to Jefferies, Yogesh was with BB&T Capital Markets where he worked with clients in the Retail & Consumer, Automotive Aftermarket, and Food & Beverage sectors, and with Financo where he focused on Retail & Consumer clients. Yogesh began his financial career in Alternative Investments at Bank of America Merrill Lynch after graduating from business school.

Abigail is a first-year Analyst in Capstone Headwaters’ Boston office. Abigail is a 2019 graduate of Wesleyan University having majored in Economics and Environmental Studies. At Wesleyan, she was on the women’s Lacrosse Team. Before coming to Capstone Headwaters, Abigail interned at Epsilon as a business systems analyst.

Angshuman is a Senior Consultant with Deloitte in the M&A Transaction Advisory group based in the Calgary (Alberta) office in Canada. He has been associated with M&A engagements providing both buy-side and sell-side advisory for more than 5 years with a focus on Technology, Industrial and ENR transactions. He has worked in India, US
(Boston) and Canada servicing both corporate and PE clients.

Ashutosh is an Assistant Vice President in State Street Corp. responsible for designing and delivering front office investment solutions to institutional clients as part of the Alpha Platform Strategy. Alpha platform is the industry’s first Front to Back client servicing platform powered by comprehensive services and technology solutions to support asset managers and owners throughout an investment’s life cycle. Ashutosh’s primary focus is on delivering analytics, risk, and performance solutions to institutional asset managers.
Prior to this, Ashutosh worked as a Liquidity Risk Analyst in State Street Global Advisors (SSGA) where he owned liquidity quantification and management for SSGA funds with a focus on ETFs, Equities, and Alternatives.
